Reasons to be denied: Lying, Toxic player, Disrespect for others, Minge. Constant spawn kill. And the A LOT of application answers are incorrect. You don't ban a person using aimbot "for 5 hours", That's AGAINST Valve's rules. That's a perma ban. If there is someone mic spamming, You need to also WARN them. 12 year old? I mean. You're a bit TOXIC for a admin/mod, and is likely to abuse. And the lack of proper grammar in this. You need to look professional. You don't say "That would be a ban [b]cuz[/b] he is not respecting the staff" If someone goes to gun dealer and mass RDMs, you should ban them for a week (7 days). Not 1. He's not gonna wait 7 days to mass RDM again. And I doubt you been on this server for 16 hours. You were probably afk.

A couple of the answers are either to lenient or harsh for the Scenario questions, as well as a few I find subjectively incorrect in the entire application. More information on what kind of servers you staffed, what game, etc. would be valuable. Generally the application feels rushed, and not much effort or time put into it, on top of completely ignoring a somewhat important part of the application.  Conclusion: Cannot give this a positive or negative vote.
